There is no better place to seize the day than at SEAS Inn. Planning a family reunion, friend get together, or business trip? Located in Santa Rosa Beach, SEAS Inn is a three-story vacation home that includes six bedrooms and five baths. It can comfortably accommodate up to sixteen guests.

Nestled in a residential community and surrounded by palm trees and tropical plants, this home is a secluded paradise. Step through the front doors into an open floorplan. The living area’s seating ensemble includes a sandy-colored couch and comfortable chairs that face a large TV for entertainment. Alongside the living room sits the kitchen, which is characterized by state-of-the art appliances and a long kitchen bar with seven stools. On the other side of the kitchen, a rustic wood dining table includes seating for eight. The first floor also features a full hall bath.

Ascend the steps to the second floor, where you will find a master suite and two additional bedrooms. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, en-suite bath, and access to an outdoor balcony. One bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the other guest room has a double/twin bunk and twin trundle. Both guest rooms include access to the balcony and a full hall bath.

On the third floor, you will find an additional master suite and the two remaining guest rooms. The master suite includes a king-size bed, en-suite bath, and balcony access. One guest room includes a queen-size bed and access to the outdoor patio. The final room includes a double/twin bunk and twin trundle and balcony access. Both guest rooms share access to a full hall bath.

This home includes a pool and poolside deck. Lounge chairs are provided for guests to enjoy a relaxed day or evening by the freshwater pool.

With its convenient location in Santa Rosa Beach, this home is within walking distance from the Gulf Coast, making it easy for guests to enjoy the sugar sand beaches. The home is also near Draper Lake, where guests can fish, paddleboard, or kayak. After enjoying the coastal wildlife, guests can walk or bike to other nearby coastal towns to find boutiques, art galleries, bistros, wine bars, and more beach entertainment.
