From here, you can step out onto a grassy oasis that also leads to a set of stairs that lead to the sandy beach shore. Back inside, the living room’s gray wraparound couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. The couch faces a flatscreen TV mounted atop a white cabinet. A full mirrored wall highlights the room’s spaciousness while amplifying the outdoor views through the glass doors. Marble flooring extends from the living room to the open dining area and kitchen. In the dining area, a glass-topped table surrounded by four teal-cushioned chairs sits beside a set of tropical wall art. An adjacent, raised café table offers two additional seats for casual or sophisticated dining. The large kitchen includes custom white cabinetry, white appliances, black granite countertops, and a black-and-white tiled backsplash.

Each of the townhome’s two bedrooms are on the second level. The primary bedroom is its own private haven, boasting a luxury king-size bed, contemporary white furnishings, and a flatscreen TV. A mirrored wall makes the suite feel even larger. Glass doors open onto a romantic balcony overlooking emerald-green waters. Here, you can relax and watch the waves roll in while soaking in ocean breezes and sipping an ice-cold drink. The primary suite has an ensuite bath with a sleek vanity, dressing table, and tub/shower combo. The cozy guest bedroom across the hall includes a twin bunk and has access to a full hall bath with a tub/shower combo.

Nearby restaurants include George’s at Alys Beach and Raw and Juicy. Fonville Press Market and Café is a great spot to grab your morning coffee and then head out for an early walk on the beach. Explore Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach to the east and Watersound for unique shopping and entertainment opportunities.
