The home’s sleeping layout offers both privacy and flexibility across three spacious levels. The first floor includes a king bedroom with a private full bath, a custom bunk room featuring two queen bunks with its own full bath, an additional full hall bath, and direct access to the covered porch and pool deck. On the second floor, guests will find a bonus den along with three king bedroom suites, each with private full baths, plus a laundry room for added convenience. The third floor features the main living spaces along with an additional primary king suite with a private full bath and another laundry area. Spa-inspired bathrooms throughout the home showcase custom tilework, elegant vanities, soaking tubs, and refined coastal finishes that elevate the entire experience.

Outdoor living is equally impressive with multiple covered balconies, rocking chairs, shaded lounge areas, and Gulf glimpses from several outdoor spaces.
