This home is located in Dune Allen Beach. The gateway to 30A, Dune Allen Beach is the most western community positioned along the famed Scenic Drive. With an unpretentious coastal lifestyle, visitors of Dune Allen will enjoy spending time outdoors, on and off the beach. Of course Dune Allen Beach offers the same pristine white sand found elsewhere in Northwest Florida, but this quaint community also hosts a state park, nature trails, and several rare coastal dune lakes. Dune Allen’s convenient location puts the excitement of Destin and nearby South Walton only moments away.

The interiors of Laffy Taffy are both cozy and comfortable with a plush wrap around couch that has an abundance of pillows in the main living area. A charming white table with six oval backed decorative chairs sits nearby to serve as the dining room. The bright creamy white kitchen has an open Breakfast bar with three additional seats for the enjoyment of tasty seafood appetizers. A porch outside has additional seating where you may feel the rich salty breeze and hear the soothing sound of the surf when the waves are high. Three nicely decorated bedrooms are upstairs and the spacious Master Suite with a king sized bed has a nice balcony facing the glistening gulf as well as a private bathroom. The other Guest Bedrooms have balconies that look out upon the lovely lake. Upstairs on the third floor is a “Bonus Room” which serves as a nice den, has a Wet Bar as well as a rooftop Observation Deck where you may enjoy the special scenery. There is also a Sleeper Sofa on this floor, ideal for visiting guest. Besides having the beach close by, this neighborhood has a private lakeside community pool which is just a short stroll away.

Second Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Balcony Access, Bedroom with Two Twin Beds and Balcony Access, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Third Floor: Bonus Loft with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Wet Bar, Powder Room, and Balcony Access.
