This distinctive rental, perfect for several groups of beach lovers, consists of two separate units with matching layouts, making it ideal for friends, multiple families, or extended families seeking both togetherness and privacy. Each unit offers open living spaces, dining and kitchen areas, laundry facilities, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a bunk nook, providing plenty of room for everyone. Plus, there's a private pool and grilling area for group gatherings, and the beach is just a short, safe walk away, with no major roads to cross. Enjoy a beach setup from March to October, four bikes for exploring, and the option to heat the pool on request in cooler months.

The upper unit of Sugaree Sands, filled with natural light and offering a balcony with Gulf views, features a Great Room with cathedral ceilings, dining areas, a large sectional couch, a lounge chair, and bar stools facing a modern white kitchen with quartz countertops. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, an ensuite with double sinks, a soaking tub, and a double shower, alongside a twin bunk nook in the hallway. One guest room has a king bed and an ensuite bath, while another has two queen beds and access to a shared bathroom.

The lower unit opens to a covered veranda overlooking the pool. It has a similar open-plan living space with a large couch, dining tables, and a kitchen. Bedrooms mirror the upstairs for comfort and style, including a primary bedroom with a king bed and luxurious bath, a bunk nook, and additional guest rooms that ensure everyone has their own space.

Located in the heart of Seagrove Beach along Scenic Highway 30A, you're near fantastic local eateries like Café 30A and the Perfect Pig Grill & Fish House, plus shopping and entertainment at Greenway Station. Iconic Seaside and Rosemary Beach, known for their unique charm and community events, are just a bike ride away. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, this location has it all.
