Just Beachy is a charming 6 bedroom, 4 full bath and 1 half bath house and carriage house, located in the beautiful, gated community of Old Florida Beach. Including the carriage house, this 3 story home can accommodate as many as 13 guests. Beautifully decorated, this home features awesome views of the gulf from the second and third story balconies. Third story back balcony is screened and secluded with an outdoor twin bed for those who like listening to the rolling surf or just want a quiet place to relax. Sip on a morning cup of coffee and watch the sunrise or have a drink and watch the sunset from the same location.

The third floor of the main house offers the master suite and large master bath. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, a queen, double twin, and double twin bunk room for the kids. The entry level offers a fantastic entertainment system for all to enjoy. The carriage house offers a queen bedroom and twin bedroom.

Whether you enjoy easy beach access just across the street, relaxing by the private pool (10' x 20" and can be heated in off season for additional fee), or prefer access to the community pool nearby, Just Beachy All is sure to become a vacation favorite for groups that like to vacation in comfort, convenience and style.
