White walls, recessed lighting, windows, and glass doors add to the well-lit setting. The living room includes a cream-colored couch and two armchairs that encircle a wooden cocktail table. The casual setup faces a flatscreen TV. Sliding glass doors lead to a furnished patio with views of tropical flora. The private deck is the perfect spot to enjoy the coastal outdoors while chatting with fellow vacationers and sipping your favorite drink. The dining area features a round-topped table and four wicker armchairs on the other side of the living room. Wood floors extend into the chef's kitchen, where there is plenty of room to whip up tasty appetizers, concoct a home-cooked feast, or serve refreshing drinks. The kitchen features white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a tile backsplash, and a kitchen island with four stylish stools.

The primary suite boasts a king-size bed atop a modern rug. The bed faces a wall-mounted, flatscreen TV. A glass door offers access to the patio. The suite has a luxury ensuite bath with a glass-walled, marble-tiled walk-in shower. The king-size guest bedroom features cottage-style furnishings, a large window, and a TV. The other guest bedroom is furnished with two twin bunks. The guest bedrooms share a full hall bath with a tub/shower combination.

When you're ready to venture out of the picture-perfect condo, be sure to check out the swimming pool. The pool features spouting geysers and a shallow entry for the little ones. A bubbling hot tub invites guests to sit back, relax, and stay awhile. The pool and hot tub are surrounded by a paver sundeck adorned with pool chairs. Two BBQ grills and a shaded picnic area are great for those wanting to serve up a surf n' turf meal for the whole group to enjoy poolside. Another benefit of booking a stay here is its convenient 30A location. The beach is within close walking distance. Popular restaurants like Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar and the upscale Vue on 30A are nearby. Gulf Place serves as the Santa Rosa Beach village center.
