Your Emerald Coast vacation awaits. Southern Wind is a charming beach cottage located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach along Scenic Highway 30A. The home is tucked among tropical fauna, creating a relaxed and secluded feel. This vacation home has four bedrooms, two baths, and comfortable living space. Other features include a private pool and a covered, furnished balcony, ensuring an easy breezy vacation. The home can accommodate up to eight guests.

Upon entering this private, three-level home, you’ll immediately find yourself in a vacation mindset. An open-concept great room is located on the main level. The living area includes a gray-toned wraparound couch, hardwood drink table, and a flatscreen TV. A door leads onto a covered veranda with an outdoor dining table, casual seating area, and a ceiling fan. It’s the perfect spot for an evening meal with your fellow guests while enjoying the beautiful coastal weather. Or, you can take your vacation feast indoors to the causal dining area, where large glass windows surround a glass-topped table and four chairs. A granite-topped kitchen bar and extra stool seating is next to the dining room. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and spacious cabinets.

The living, kitchen, and dining areas share the main level with two guest bedrooms. One boasts a queen-size bed, while the other is painted sunny yellow and has a twin bunk. Head upstairs to find the master suite and third guest bedroom. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, TV, and access to a romantic balcony. The guest bedroom is brightly decorated and has two twin beds.

In addition to the comfortable living space provided by your home-away-from home, you will love the private, backyard pool. A sundeck surrounds the pool and is furnished with outdoor lounge chairs. It’s the perfect place to sit back, relax, and forget all your worries. There is also a screened porch with a grill so you can serve up a tasty, poolside meal. When you feel like venturing out from this wonderful oasis, the beach is only a few minutes away. There’s nothing like a freshwater swim first thing in the morning followed by a saltwater dip a little later in the day! Besides the beach, you can fish or paddleboard on the nearby Draper Lake, or head out on one of the surrounding nature trails for a hike. And if you need a break from the sun, be sure to check out 30A’s variety of restaurants, bars, art galleries, shops, and boutiques.

Third Floor: Queen Bedroom with Balcony Access, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower, Bedroom with Two Twin Beds.
