Thirty Blu 5
Thirty Blu 5 has an open floorplan that is furnished to give off a cute beach cottage vibe. The living room includes a couch, two matching armchairs with "Let the Adventure Begin" accent pillows, a patterned rug, and a wall-mounted TV. Honey-toned flooring extends into the casual dining area, which features a stunning hardwood table and eight chairs. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with straw-topped stools. A bonus den on the first floor has a comfortable seating ensemble made up of a tan sofa, loveseat, and armchair, all of which face a large TV. Spiral stairs lead to the furnished observation deck, which boasts views of the sparkling pool. The ocean-inspired master suite includes a king-size bed, plush armchair, TV for entertainment, and a private bath. One guest bedroom with seafoam-colored walls has a luxurious king-size bed and a rocking chair. Another guest bedroom gives off a tropical feel, featuring two queen-size beds with pink accent pillows and green throw blankets. The final bedroom has two queen-size beds, as well.

Upon arriving at
Thirty Blu 6, you are greeted with a relaxed, coastal atmosphere. The open great room is decorated with beach-inspired accents, including inspiring signs and nautical wall art, that get you right into a vacation mindset. In the living room, you'll find a light-blue couch, matching loveseat and ottoman, plush armchair, and starfish accent pillows. This seating arrangement faces a wall-mounted TV that is great for entertainment—when you're not lounging on the beach or relaxing by the pool, that is! A glass-topped table and six high-backed chairs sit next to a sunny window in the adjacent dining area. The kitchen boasts gleaming white countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a sleek bar with saddle stools. A second cottage-styled living room is located on the first level, featuring a wraparound couch and expansive entertainment center. The rooftop terrace is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating that offers uninterrupted views from all sides. A grand master suite features a king-size bed and a private bath. Two guest bedrooms also have king-size beds, while the third guest bedroom includes two queen-size beds.

Bright, spacious, and elegant are the words that come to mind when describing
Thirty Blu 10. Olive-toned walls and wood floors compliment the home's furnishings and décor. Large windows are adorned with flowing drapes that add a hint of stylishness and grace to the open great room. The living room features a cream-colored couch, two matching armchairs that flank a decorative pouf, and a large TV atop a wood credenza. In the dining area, six high-backed chairs surround a formal dining table. The kitchen includes spacious cabinetry, black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a black-and-white tiled backsplash, and a breakfast bar with additional seating. Downstairs, the bonus living room is perfect for relaxing before or after a day at the beach. It includes a comfortable, wraparound couch, two accent chairs, a white credenza, and a wall-mounted TV. The observation deck is furnished with a glass-topped table and four chairs, making it a great spot to sip a tropical drink, chat with friends, and enjoy warm coastal breezes. Two of the townhome's bedrooms (including the master suite) have king-size beds. A sunny guest bedroom with yellow walls has two queen-size beds, while the other bedroom is a bunk room with a twin/full bunk that is perfect for the kids.
