Pastels, floral patterns, and beach accents add to the coastal vibe. The living, kitchen, and dining areas create an open-concept great room, providing a comfortable environment in which to relax. A queen-size sleeper sofa is located in the living room, while the bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, dresser, and a wicker seat. An outdoor balcony completes the rental space, allowing guests to enjoy the tropical sun and warm Florida breezes.
Beachwood Villas 7E
Beachwood Villas 7E is also a first-floor, one-bedroom, and one-bathroom condo rental that can accommodate four beachgoers. Sandy tones, coastal art pieces, and rustic furniture provide a beachy feel immediately upon arrival. The living area includes a plush couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa, as well as a matching loveseat. This seating ensemble creates a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere for guests. With three bedrooms and two and a half baths, Beachwood Villas 10D can entertain up to eight vacationers. Upon entry into this sunny condo, a happy atmosphere of yellows and blues welcomes visitors. Coastal blue furniture, yellow accent pillows, and beachy art truly embody the essence of beach living. An open living area features a cozy seating arrangement, perfect for relaxing after a day on the Gulf. A large kitchen and dining table complete the open floorplan. From here, guests can access an outdoor balcony that extends to the master suite and overlooks the lush, complex grounds. The upbeat color scheme continues in the master bedroom, which boasts a king-size bed and en-suite bath. One guest room features a king-size bed, while the other has two queen-size beds.
Beachwood Villas 11B
Beachwood Villas 11B is a three-bedroom unit that claims the adorable moniker “Sandy Toes Bungalow.” Because when you stay here, you’re sure to get sand between your toes when you visit the beach! This cozy rental can accommodate up to ten guests, making it a great option for a family vacation or a reunion with friends. With white furniture, teal and blue accents, and stunning sea art, a luxury coastal vibe radiates throughout the space. Glass doors and windows accentuate the living, kitchen, and dining areas, creating a sunny and welcoming atmosphere for guests. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, a window overlooking the pool, and access to an outdoor balcony. One guest room has a queen-size bed, while the third room features two twin bunks.
