Starters served hot range from broiled cauliflower steak and shrimp with garlic butter on toasted French bread to blue crab bouillabaisse and crispy duck lettuce wraps with a pepper jelly glaze. Tuna poke, fresh raw oysters on the half shell, blue crab and grilled avocado, and ceviche with oysters, crab, and shrimp all present refreshing options for a chilled or raw starter.

For something on the warmer side, crisp pork belly with garlic butter, house-made Andouille sausage crusted in bread crumbs and served with smoked cheese, oyster logs and platters with fried oysters, and shrimp and crab toasted with garlic, lemon, wine, and cream atop crispy gaufrette potatoes tantalize the palate.
