Don’t Let This Restaurant’s Name Fool You Out of a Great Meal!

A first-come, first-served restaurant, you’ll want to get to Stinky’s Fish Camp in Santa Rosa Beach ahead of time if you want to secure your place at the table. The restaurant is insanely popular with locals and visitors alike, and when you try one of the meals off of their menu, you’ll see why for yourself.

Oysters are served all day, in all ways. Try Rockefeller oysters, oysters with smoked cheese and bacon or garlic butter, oysters broiled in champagne or served raw with ceviche, or one of the restaurant’s famous oyster logs—a platter of six oysters served in six different styles.

Lunch begins with soups like seafood and corn chowder or Stinky’s Fowl Gumbo, as well as appetizers like crawfish pie, fried brie with pepper jelly, fried green tomatoes, crispy boudin bites, chilled seafood samplers, or firecracker shrimp.

From there, a variety of sandwiches flood the menu, from the bacon chicken melt or grilled gulf grouper sandwiches on sweet buns to specialty po’boys like the grilled Andouille, the NOLA, or the Jimmy. Gulf fish tacos and baskets of fried fish and po’boys are also available, as are a range of salads with or without protein, crawfish hushpuppies, pepper jack grits, New Orleans garlic bread, and dinnertime favorites like seafood stew and shrimp and grits.

Dinner includes many of the same favorites off of the lunch menu, only with special additions like spiced boiled crab legs, grilled shrimp and angel hair pasta, catfish meuniere, smoky braised short ribs, Brabant potatoes, and baskets with fried oyster, fried catfish, and shrimp or gulf fish prepared in a variety of ways.

Top off your meal with one of Stinky’s famous desserts, like bread pudding or one of their many pies.

Stinky’s Fish Camp is open daily from 11:00am to 10:00pm, with brunch served on Sundays from 10:00am to 3:00pm.
