Enter this stylish retreat on the ground level, which opens into a welcoming living area complete with a couch, TV, and built-in shelving. This floor also includes convenient bathrooms and a few of the bedroom suites. Guests can enjoy a freshwater plunge in the home’s 13' x 27' private pool, as well as poolside dining on the brick paver patio.
A spiral staircase leads from the first floor to a spacious living area, complete with dining area and kitchen. The living room features a couch, matching loveseat, and accent chair. This welcoming seating ensemble faces a TV and glass doors that open onto a screened porch. Indoors, the dining table features eight high-backed chairs, while the kitchen bar provides seating for three more. The kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, making it easy to cook up a delicious meal that can be enjoyed inside or out on the balcony for the full coastal experience.
The master suite features a king-size bed, private bath, and access to one of the balcony decks. Each of the guest rooms has a bed with a colorful spread, and a few include their own en-suite bathrooms. The final guest room is a bunkroom for the kids.
In addition to great living space and a private pool, staying at the Salty Sunset has additional perks. Its convenient location puts guests within walking distance of the Emerald Coast’s iconic salty shores, as well as close to Grayton Beach State Park and Western Lake. Bury your toes in the sugar sand, stroll the nature paths in the state park, and rent a paddleboard to float on the lake’s still waters – all in one day!
